CONVENTIONAL STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELT

General purpose, wear-resistant, cold-resistant, flame-retardant, acid and alkali resistant, heatresistant, high-temperature resistant, oil-resistant, and generally flame-retardant. 

Structure: 

The belt core is composed of longitudinally and uniformly arranged open galvanized steel wire  ropes twisted left and right and core rubber with excellent adhesion performance. The upper,  lower and edge parts are covered with rubber to form the belt body.

Executive standard: 

In addition to the national standard GB/T 9770, steel wire rope core conveyor belt products can  also execute German DIN 22131 standard, Japanese JISK 6369 standard, and Australian AS 1333  standard. The underground flame-retardant conveyor belt executes the MT/T668 standard and GB/T 21352  standard. If customers have other requirements, the supply and demand sides can negotiate and  determine. 

Features: 

The open steel wire rope is used to make the rubber better penetrate into the gap of the steel  wire rope, which can avoid the presence of air inside the steel wire rope, enhance the corrosion  resistance of the steel wire rope, improve the bonding strength between it and rubber, improve  the dynamic fatigue resistance of the conveyor belt, and prolong its service life.
